These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hamez website and your purchase of products from Hamez. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Hamez Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Exchange & Return Policy. These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
Products and product information
We aim to describe products, prices, availability, and images accurately. Minor differences in color or appearance may result from screen settings. Product instructions and safety information must be followed. We may correct obvious errors or update product information before an order is accepted.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when Hamez confirms it and receives or authorizes payment, where applicable. We may contact you if information is incomplete, payment is not authorized, the product is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will arrange a refund through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payment methods available at checkout may change from time to time. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information. Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges for an international shipment are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery, returns, exchanges, and warranty
Delivery estimates, shipping charges, delays, and returned orders are explained in the Hamez Shipping Policy. Returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery, exchanges within 7 days of delivery, and manufacturing-defect warranty claims are covered for one year from delivery, subject to the applicable policies and mandatory legal rights.
Accounts and communications
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate information. You must notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may send service messages about your orders and account. Marketing messages are sent only in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, or use Hamez content or products for unlawful purposes. Authorized distributors and resellers may operate under separate written arrangements with Hamez.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Hamez name, logos, designs, product content, text, images, and website materials belong to Hamez or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without written permission.
Changes and availability
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. We may suspend or limit access to the website when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse, without affecting rights relating to paid orders.
