How to use the warranty
- Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.
- Shipping and Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to shipping companies.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

If you choose a “drop-off & pickup” service through a courier branch, extra fees may apply from the courier company to deliver the item to our warehouse. These fees may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

A 1-year general warranty covers manufacturing defects.

You’re entitled to one-time product replacement if a defect is found.
