What does “Hamez Confidence” mean?

  • You have 3 days from receiving your order to try your Hamez Pad comfortably.

  • Didn’t like it? Changed your mind?
    Simply return it — and we’ll refund you.
    No complicated questions or strict conditions.

How to use the warranty

  1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.

  1. Shipping and Refunds
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to shipping companies.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

  1. If you choose a “drop-off & pickup” service through a courier branch, extra fees may apply from the courier company to deliver the item to our warehouse. These fees may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.


  1. Important Notes
  • The product box and all accessories must be included to qualify for return.

  • A 1-year general warranty covers manufacturing defects.

  • You’re entitled to one-time product replacement if a defect is found.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
