Exchange and Return Policy from Hamez
Introduction:
At Hamez, your comfort and trust are our priority. We designed our products to comfort you, and we designed our policies to reassure you. That’s why, alongside the Golden Guarantee “Hamez Trust” that ensures you a comfortable experience, this is the general exchange and return policy of the store.
Exchange Policy:
Subject to the provisions of the “Hamez Trust Guarantee” and any other guarantees or regulations, you have the right to exchange the product you received from Hamez within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. You are not entitled to exchange the product after the seven days have passed.
In order for us to exchange the product, it must be in its original condition, and must not have any damage from misuse. Hamez has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its safety.
You bear the shipping costs of the product you want to exchange. And if the exchange is international, you bear all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case there is a manufacturing defect or an error from us, Hamez will bear the costs and compensate you.
You are not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured upon your special request, or according to specifications you determined. An exception is made if the product has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the specifications you requested.

If the product is digital content that has been used (such as software or downloaded files).

If a defect appeared in the product due to your misuse or lack of maintenance.

If the product is still in your possession after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return Policy:
Subject to the provisions of the “Hamez Trust Guarantee” and any other guarantees or regulations, you have the right to return the product you received from Hamez within three (3) days from the date of receipt. You are not entitled to return the product after the three days have passed.
In order for us to return the product, it must be in its original condition, and must not have any damage from misuse. Hamez has the right to inspect the product before return to ensure its safety.
You bear the costs incurred in the return process. And if the return is international, you bear all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case there is a manufacturing defect or an error from us, Hamez will bear the costs and compensate you.

Important General Notes:

Product box and accessories: The product box and accessories must be complete for us to accept an exchange or return request.

Additional shipping service fees: If you choose the service of parcel delivery and receipt from the branch, the shipping company may apply additional fees to deliver it to our warehouses. These fees may be deducted from the amount refunded to you, if there are any fees.

General warranty for manufacturing defects: The compress has a general warranty for two years covering manufacturing defects. You are entitled to exchange the product one time in case of a manufacturing defect.

Misuse: The general warranty and the exchange and return policy do not cover any damage resulting from misuse of the product by you.
