What does “Hamez Confidence” mean?

  • You have 3 days from receiving your order to try your Hamez Pad comfortably.

  • Didn’t like it? Changed your mind?
    Simply return it — and we’ll refund you.
    No complicated questions or strict conditions.

How to use the warranty

  1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.
  2. Your return request will be confirmed once you share a photo of the completed return form.
  3. Download the return form here: [Download Form]
  4. Fill it out, print it, and include it with the shipment.
  5. Send us a photo of the completed form for confirmation.
  6. Pack the product properly, insert the form inside the shipping envelope, and ship it to the address listed on the form.

  7. ⚠️ If the product arrives damaged or not eligible for return, our team reserves the right to cancel the warranty.

  1. Shipping and Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to shipping companies.

  • Products must be shipped within 3 days from the date of return request.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

  1. If you choose a “drop-off & pickup” service through a courier branch, extra fees may apply from the courier company to deliver the item to our warehouse. These fees may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

  1. Important Notes

  • The product box and all accessories must be included to qualify for return.

  • A 1-year general warranty covers manufacturing defects.

  • You’re entitled to one-time product replacement if a defect is found.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
